Monitor at risk clients in real-time
Do you have clients at risk for suicide, relapse, or otherwise endangering themselves or others? Receive ALERTS based on passively and actively collected data, based on the parameters you define.
Proactive intervention through client’s smartphone
When SelfEcho detects that something has gone awry, based upon the client situation and the level of the alert, you might decide to call the client immediately or send them a notification directly through the dashboard to the client’s phone, helping to diffuse the situation before it spirals out of control. Alternatively you may take a hands-off approach allowing alerts to accumulate in the dashboard to address in your next session with the client.
Track the efficacy of treatments and medications
How do you measure what treatments and therapies are working? Do you simply ask clients how they think they are feeling each week? This method of progress checking is sometimes ineffective and sometimes patients are discouraged because it is tough for them to see their improvement (think depressive individuals).
SelfEcho offers a data driven method to assess how your patients are doing over time, from hourly to annually.
Increase value of therapy sessions
Our memories are inaccurate -largely for the sake of efficiency- we discard the vast majority of what transpires and fill it in with what our mind conjures up when we reflect on a specific experience (e.g. Peak End Theory). We are particularly poor at recalling emotion as it tends to be both highly influenced by our (inaccurate) memory of the experience and by our current state of being. Although you may glean much about a person’s situation, from an hour long discussion about a client’s week, what that individual conveys to you is entirely subjective and fallible due to the aforementioned quirks of our minds.
SelfEcho turns a user’s smartphone into a comprehensive diary, digitizing one’s daily activities, moods and relations as data. This allows you to provide much more meaningful analysis based on objective data and a client’s recorded ‘present’ states rather than the individual’s ‘remembered’ states and offers an opportunity to examine discrepancies between the two.
SelfEcho provides a way for you to distinguish your practice. Every one of your clients carries around a smartphone, we leverage the data it produces to help you both. You may offer SelfEcho’s added value to your client’s free of charge or bill them for the benefits they receive. We provide tools to help you monetize this system while providing enhanced and more timely feedback and guidance to your clients.
